How it works
How an engagement actually runs
Four phases from first call to ongoing optimization — each one ends with a concrete artifact you can hold, and a clear split of what we own versus what we need from you.
- KickoffWeek 1A 90-minute working session to pin down the workflows you actually want off your plate, the tools they touch, and the success signals that prove it is working. We leave the call with a written scope and a ranked build order.
What you get
Signed engagement scope with a ranked build-order and success metrics.
What we need from you
You bring one decision-maker plus any team lead who owns the workflow in question; we drive the agenda and the writeup.
- SetupDays 2-5We stand up the accounts, credentials, and data plumbing your automations will sit on top of. Nothing is wired to a live customer-facing surface yet — this phase is about getting the foundation right so the rest of the build is fast and boring.
What you get
Provisioned sandboxes, credential vaults, and a written data-flow diagram.
What we need from you
You provision API access or sign a single BAA where required; everything else we handle.
- IntegrationWeeks 2-3Workflows are wired end-to-end against real data, then reviewed against the success metrics from kickoff. You see real examples running on your accounts, not mock data — so you can sign off knowing the production shape matches the demo.
What you get
Live, end-to-end workflow runs plus a recorded walkthrough and a one-page runbook per workflow.
What we need from you
You spend roughly two hours per workflow validating the test cases with us; the rest is heads-down build.
- IterationOngoingOnce the workflows are live, the first 30 days are a deliberate optimization window: we measure the actual outcomes against the kickoff metrics, fix the rough edges, and document the changes. After that the engagement rolls into a quiet monthly cadence.
What you get
A 30-day outcome report plus a monthly review cadence with an on-call owner for new requests.
What we need from you
You flag the workflows that need extra attention; we own the measurement, the tuning, and the documentation.
