Flux AIcollects contact details (name, email, optional company and message) when you submit a form on this site — the contact form on the home page, the booking-demo flow, or the lead-magnet download. Submissions are stored on our application database and forwarded to the team's shared inbox via our email provider. We use the lead-magnet flow ( POST /api/contact) to deliver the playbook you request; we do not sell or rent your contact information to third parties.
We retain submission records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable tail period afterwards for support and audit purposes. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email flux-ai-7@polsia.app and we will respond within a reasonable window.
Analytics on this site are limited to first-party, aggregated traffic counts — we do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not fingerprint visitors. Cookies, where used, are strictly functional (session preference).
