A Flux AI engagement covers the design, build, and deployment of AI-driven automation workflows for a single client organization, scoped in a written statement of work that names the workflows, the integrations, and the success criteria. Payment terms, support window, and any included optimization hours are documented in the same statement of work and supersede anything written on this page.

Both parties keep client materials, business data, and engagement artifacts confidential. On termination we hand off the working automations and a written runbook; we retain anonymized implementation notes unless you ask us to delete them.

The website itself — the marketing content, the contact form, the lead-magnet playbook, and the demo flow — is provided on an "as-is" basis. Flux AI is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the playbook alone without a paid engagement.
